Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and parallel laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
KronosPay LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The website may use consent-gated attribution tools such as Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, or similar tools to measure whether our own ads work. Where applicable law treats that activity as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out through this page, Global Privacy Control, cookie controls, or by emailing us.
Kronos honours the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat that as a verified opt-out request for the device — no further action is required from you.
You can also opt out, request a copy, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@getkronos.io. We respond within 45 days as required by California law.
We share the minimum data required with the partners listed in our Privacy Policy §6 / §2 — including our banking/money-movement partner, Plaid, payment processors, Sentry, Supabase, Resend, communications providers, fulfillment partners, Google Places (proxied), and web attribution providers when enabled. Service providers are contractually limited to using the data for the services they provide to Kronos. This does not constitute a "sale" under CCPA/CPRA.
