Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and parallel laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
KronosPay LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and as of the last-updated date above we have not deployed any advertising-network pixel (Google Ads conversion tracking is the only marketing pixel on this site, and it is consent-gated). We do not share personal information with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party trackers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Kronos honours the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat that as a verified opt-out request for the device — no further action is required from you.
You can also opt out, request a copy, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 45 days as required by California law.
We share the minimum data required with the partners listed in our Privacy Policy §6 / §2 — Bridge.xyz, Plaid, Astra, Sumsub, Sentry, RevenueCat, Resend, Freshdesk, and Google Places (proxied). Each partner is bound by a Data Processing Agreement that prohibits using your data for their own marketing or selling it to third parties. This does not constitute a "sale" under CCPA/CPRA.
