By accessing or using the KronosPay mobile application, website, or any services provided by KronosPay LLC ("Kronos," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to open a Kronos account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are legally permitted to use financial services in your jurisdiction.
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open a Kronos account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see identifying documents. This is part of our Customer Identification Program (CIP) as required under the USA PATRIOT Act.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@getkronos.io if you suspect any unauthorized access. Kronos is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
By creating a Kronos account, you consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, notices, and other communications electronically, in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act). You acknowledge that electronic signatures, agreements, and records are legally binding and satisfy any requirement for written documents. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support@getkronos.io; however, withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of your account, as our services require electronic delivery. To receive electronic communications, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser or the Kronos mobile app, and a valid email address on file.
Kronos provides a financial-technology platform that may include direct deposit, partner account details, ACH/RTP where available, peer-to-peer transfers, international transfers, card and debit-card payout flows, cryptocurrency buy/sell/send/receive, savings/yield features, gig-income tools, mileage/tax tools, customer support, and membership perks.
Card features, local payout corridors, international transfer routes, crypto assets, and partner perks are available only where enabled, supported by our partners, and approved for your account. Kronos is not a bank. Banking, money movement, card, crypto, and yield services are provided with licensed or regulated third-party partners as described in these Terms and in-app disclosures.
Current fees, exchange rates, subscription prices, renewal cadence, included benefits, and cancellation terms are shown in-app, at checkout, or in the relevant feature screen before you confirm a transaction or purchase. Kronos Pro and Kronos Black membership benefits may include reduced fees, support priority, higher disclosed APY, birthday or anniversary credits, merch boxes, and other perks shown in the app.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions renew through the applicable platform. You can cancel platform-billed subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Benefits remain subject to eligibility, availability, partner performance, and the rules disclosed where the benefit is claimed.
Membership perks such as priority support, AI tools, fee reductions, birthday bonuses, anniversary credits, merch boxes, travel benefits, partner memberships, or similar benefits are available only when shown as active in-app or at checkout. Physical perks may require a valid shipping address and may be fulfilled by third-party providers. Perks can be modified, replaced, paused, or discontinued with notice where required by law.
Transfers may be processed through ACH, RTP where available, wires, local payout, debit-card, blockchain, or partner rails. Each transfer is subject to eligibility, available balance, limits, compliance review, cutoff times, country and corridor availability, partner approval, network status, and any fee or exchange-rate quote displayed before confirmation.
Your Kronos account may be subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) and Regulation E where applicable. If you believe an unauthorized electronic fund transfer has been made from your account, or that your statement contains an error, contact support@getkronos.io promptly. We may request your name, account information, the type and amount of the suspected error, and why you believe it is an error.
Kronos may enable users to buy, sell, convert, send, and receive supported digital assets through licensed liquidity, exchange, wallet, or infrastructure partners. Digital assets are not legal tender, are not backed by any government, are not FDIC-insured, may lose value, and may be subject to network delays, irreversible transactions, slippage, failed quotes, and partner availability. Kronos does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or availability of any digital asset.
Kronos may provide tools for gig earnings, income organization, mileage logs, tax reserves, statements, and related insights. These tools are informational and operational only. Kronos does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing records and filing taxes accurately.
Kronos may show yield, APY, or rewards on eligible balances where available. Rates are variable, not guaranteed, and may change. Yield may be generated through third-party or on-chain infrastructure such as Spark/Sky on Base, and funds in on-chain DeFi yield positions are not FDIC-insured, are not bank deposits, are not Kronos obligations, are not guaranteed by any government agency, and may lose value.
How yield may be generated. Kronos may route eligible USDC balances through Spark Savings / Sky Protocol or similar third-party yield infrastructure on the Base network. Yield-bearing positions are subject to smart-contract risk, stablecoin depeg risk, network congestion, withdrawal delays, protocol governance changes, partner failures, and regulatory changes.
No guarantee. Past performance is not a guarantee of future yield or safety. Kronos may modify, pause, or discontinue yield routing if required by law, partner availability, risk controls, or market conditions. Interest, rewards, or credits may be taxable, and you are responsible for your own tax compliance.

Kronos does not currently offer pay advances, payday loans, earned-wage advances, credit, or lending products. Any previous advance language in older marketing, screenshots, drafts, or support materials is obsolete and should not be relied on.
You agree not to use Kronos for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws. You further agree not to use Kronos to process transactions on behalf of third parties without authorization, to circumvent any security measures or access controls, or to engage in market manipulation of digital assets. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to law enforcement and regulatory authorities, and forfeiture of funds where required by law.
Kronos integrates with third-party services including licensed money-movement partners, partner banks, card issuers, card and payment processors, identity verification providers, support providers, App Store / Google Play subscription services, fulfillment providers, wallet infrastructure, blockchain RPC providers, DeFi yield protocols, and licensed crypto exchange or liquidity partners. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Kronos is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services, and service interruptions by third-party providers do not constitute a breach of these Terms by Kronos.
Money-movement partner terms (incorporated by reference). Kronos's U.S. dollar accounts, ACH and wire transfers, USD↔stablecoin conversion, and related banking services are provided through our licensed money-movement partner, HiFi, and its FDIC-insured partner banks. By opening a Kronos account, accepting these Terms, and using these features, you also agree to HiFi's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and which you may review at any time here: HiFi Terms & Conditions (https://www.hifi.com/terms-conditions) and HiFi Privacy Policy (https://www.hifi.com/privacy-policy). Your affirmative acceptance of these Kronos Terms at sign-up constitutes acceptance of the incorporated HiFi terms.
Subject to these Terms, KronosPay LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Kronos mobile application ("App") on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial financial management purposes.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the App; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App; copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the App or any portion thereof; remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App; or use the App for any purpose other than its intended personal financial management use.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and app store terms, these Terms shall govern to the extent permitted. This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
Kronos is currently operating in a beta testing phase. Your use of the Service during the beta period is additionally governed by our Beta Test Agreement, which supplements these Terms. By using Kronos during the beta period, you acknowledge that the Service is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
During the beta period, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. See the Beta Test Agreement for complete beta-specific terms including confidentiality obligations, liability limitations, and feedback provisions.
All content, features, and functionality of Kronos — including the name, logo, design, software, text, and graphics — are owned by KronosPay LLC and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Kronos content without our prior written consent. "Kronos," "KronosPay," and the Kronos logo are registered trademarks of KronosPay LLC.
Your use of Kronos is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein. For privacy-related inquiries, contact privacy@getkronos.io.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KronosPay LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use Kronos; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KronosPay LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or cryptocurrency value depreciation. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Kronos in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Kronos shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state of Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration. Small claims court actions (under $10,000) are exempt from this arbitration requirement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
Kronos shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, cyberattacks, power outages, telecommunications failures, banking system outages, blockchain network congestion, or third-party service provider failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Kronos after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must discontinue use and close your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@getkronos.io. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to your linked bank account within 5 business days, minus any outstanding fees or amounts owed. Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Beta Test Agreement, Cookie Policy, and any supplemental agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and KronosPay LLC regarding your use of Kronos, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
