Why limits vary

Limits are based on account history, verification status, funding source, transaction type, available rails, and compliance review. A limit shown in the app is the limit to trust.

How to improve reliability

Keep your profile and identity information current.
Use accounts in your own name.
Avoid rapid repeated failed attempts.
Build history with normal deposits and successful transfers.

Manual review

Large, unusual, or risky transfers can be held for review. Support can explain what is needed, but cannot bypass required checks.
