Check before sending

Before confirming a send, check the recipient name, Kronos Tag, amount, memo, and funding source. Payments can be difficult or impossible to reverse after they are accepted.

Safer sending habits

  • Send a tiny test amount to a new recipient first.
  • Do not send to someone pressuring you over text or social media.
  • Use clear memos that do not include private information.
  • Contact support immediately if you sent to the wrong person.
