Why ACH is not instant
ACH moves through bank and network windows. Weekends, holidays, late-day cutoffs, risk checks, and bank processing times can all affect when funds settle.
Common statuses
- Pending means Kronos has the request and is waiting on network or partner progress.
- Processing means the transfer is moving through the rails.
- Completed means Kronos has recorded the transfer as finished.
- Returned or failed means the transfer did not complete and may need review.
When support helps
If timing seems wrong, include the transfer amount, date, and transfer ID from the app. Support can check the exact rail status.
