Setting up your Kronos account

What you need

Use your real name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Kronos uses this information for account security, identity checks, and required compliance screening.

If a field does not match your legal identity, verification can pause until support reviews it.

Setup order

• Create the account with email, phone, and a strong password.
• Confirm your email or phone code when prompted.
• Complete identity verification in the app.
• Link a bank account or eligible funding source.
• Make a small first transfer before relying on Kronos for time-sensitive payments.

If setup pauses

Open support in the app or email [email protected] with the email on your account. Do not send full government ID numbers by email unless support specifically asks through a secure flow.
