Choose the right account

Link a checking account you own and actively use. For gig workers, linking the account where platforms deposit earnings can help Kronos understand income patterns.

If your bank does not connect

Confirm your bank login works directly on the bank website.
Turn off VPNs or private relay tools temporarily.
Try again later if your bank is under maintenance.
Contact support if the same error repeats.

Security note

Kronos does not ask you to email bank usernames or passwords. If anyone asks for those by email or social DM, treat it as suspicious and report it.
