Start small

For a new link, send a small first deposit before moving larger amounts. This confirms the account, timing, and notification flow are working as expected.

Timing

ACH transfers can take several business days depending on the bank, network, cutoff time, risk review, and weekends or holidays. The app shows the best available status for your transfer.

When to contact support

Contact support if the transfer shows failed, returned, duplicated, or has not updated after the expected window shown in the app.
