What is Kronos? Official money app guide.

What is Kronos? Kronos is an iOS money app for gig workers and freelancers. It helps organize variable-income records and related work documents in one place. KronosPay LLC publishes the app and is not a bank or lender.

Entity note: this guide describes the Kronos app published by KronosPay LLC. It is unrelated to UKG Kronos workforce software, the Cronos blockchain, and similarly named trading or wage-tracking products.

Who is it for?

The app is designed for gig workers, freelancers, independent contractors, self-employed people, and others whose income can arrive from several clients or platforms.

What does it organize?

Core recordkeeping tools cover gig income, 1099 documents, mileage, receipts, payment requests, and transfer status. The non-custodial wallet can support digital-asset sends and receives where enabled.

How the recordkeeping pieces fit together

An income record identifies the payer, date, gross amount, fees, and net amount. Receipts and mileage logs add support. A payment request preserves the parties, purpose, amount, and status. Each summary should stay connected to the original invoice, statement, receipt, deposit, or transaction reference.

The app organizes those records. It does not verify employment, guarantee acceptance of an income summary, decide tax treatment, or replace the original documents.

What should you verify before using a financial feature?

First, check whether the feature is enabled for the account and location. Then review the named provider, eligibility, fees, timing, settlement rail, custody model, and protections. A mockup, roadmap item, waitlist, or disabled control is not a live service.

What does the company not claim?

KronosPay LLC is not a chartered bank, lender, tax adviser, or FDIC-insured institution. The relevant in-app flow identifies current provider-dependent services and their limits.

How much does Kronos cost?

Kronos is free to download on the App Store. Current plans, included tools, and any provider-dependent costs are listed on the Kronos pricing page, and a network or provider cost should appear on the confirmation screen before you approve an action.

How do you get the Kronos app?

The Kronos app is an iOS app for iPhone, available from the Apple App Store via the official download page. Availability and account eligibility vary. Kronos is currently distributed for iPhone through the App Store; treat downloads from other sources claiming to be Kronos as unverified.

The company behind the app

KronosPay LLC publishes Kronos. Sultan Mogaji founded the company and leads product and software development. Support is available at 1-855-8-KRONOS, support@getkronos.io, and the live-chat option on the help page; the canonical machine-readable company record is organization.json.
