Web checkout and App Store purchase can have different prices because each platform has different billing fees, tax handling, refund flows, and subscription rules.

Which one controls your plan

The platform where you subscribed usually controls billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal. If you subscribed through Apple, manage it through Apple subscriptions. If you subscribed on web, manage it through the web flow.
