Secure the old device

Use your device maker's lost-device tools to lock or erase the phone if needed. Also secure the email and phone number connected to Kronos.

Signing in on a new device

Kronos may ask for extra verification before trusting a new device. This can include email, phone, biometric, or manual review steps.

Crypto wallet reminder

If your crypto wallet depends on a recovery phrase, you need that phrase to recover wallet access. Support cannot provide it.
