Kronos Pro is sold via two channels with different pricing. On the web (getkronos.io/pro): $9.99/month, $99.99/year, or $199.99 lifetime — paid by debit card or bank transfer (Astra). In the iOS app (App Store): $13.99/month, $139.99/year, or $279.99 lifetime — paid through your Apple ID. Pro Weekly is also available on both rails at $5.99/week with a 3-day free trial — try Pro free for 3 days, then $5.99/week, cancel anytime. The 1-month introductory claim period is free for waitlist members who claim before launch. After the free period ends, the monthly plan auto-renews at the price for whichever channel you chose unless you cancel beforehand. Prices are in USD; international App Store pricing may differ per Apple's local tiers.
You can cancel anytime — there is no fee to cancel and no minimum commitment. If you subscribed on the web: log in at getkronos.io/pro/manage and tap "Cancel Subscription." If you subscribed in the app: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Kronos Pro → Cancel Subscription on iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. To avoid being charged at the end of the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Web purchases: refund requests within 14 days are handled by Kronos support — email [email protected]. App Store purchases: handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com or support.apple.com/HT204084. Kronos cannot directly refund App Store transactions.
