Kronos for cleaners.
What Kronos organizes for cleaners
- Cleaning-service income records: payer, date, gross, fees, net.
- 1099 documents and tax-time organization.
- Mileage and vehicle logs (relevant for delivery and rideshare work).
- Receipts and expense records connected to income.
- Payment requests with visible status.
- Transfer status for provider-dependent money movement.
The records-first design
A useful income record preserves the payer or platform, work and payment dates, gross amount, fees, adjustments, and net amount. Kronos keeps each summary connected to the original invoice, statement, receipt, deposit, or transaction reference. The app organizes records; it does not verify employment, decide tax treatment, or replace original documents.
Provider-dependent features
Money-movement, digital-asset, and other provider-dependent features appear in the app only when the current flow enables them and identifies the provider, eligibility, fees, timing, custody, and protections. A mockup, roadmap item, or disabled control is not a live service.
