Kronos crypto trading is currently not available to Texas residents while our partner Bridge expands money-transmitter coverage. Banking, pay advances and savings are still available.
Kronos uses a conservative state denylist for crypto. Texas is currently on that list (NY, HI, TX, LA, WA, VT, NH, AL) because partner Bridge has not yet confirmed money-transmitter coverage. The denylist is fail-closed: we deny by default and tighten as Bridge confirms states. Banking, pay advances up to $1,000 at 0% APR, 2.5% APY savings on Kronos Pro, and the cashback debit card all work normally for Texas residents. We will email waitlist members in Texas the moment crypto trading goes live.

Kronos uses a conservative fail-closed denylist (NY, HI, TX, LA, WA, VT, NH, AL) until our partner Bridge explicitly confirms money-transmitter coverage in your state. We will tighten the list the moment Bridge confirms.
